Site Manager- Limassol

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all daily construction activities on site.
  • Lead, coordinate, and control site workforce, including subcontractors and labor teams.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain high safety standards on site at all times.
  • Monitor progress and productivity, identifying and resolving on-site issues proactively.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance.
  • Maintain clear communication with project management, engineers, and consultants.
  • Prepare daily site reports and assist with required site documentation.
    Ensure proper site organization, cleanliness, and efficient work practices.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing construction sites.
    Demonstrated ability to manage and lead construction teams and site personnel.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and on-site operations.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work crews effectively.
  • Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting project timelines.
  • Fluency in Greek; English is an advantage.

Truck Driver & Crane Operator - Limassol

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate truck-mounted crane for loading, unloading, and placement of construction materials.
  • Transport materials and equipment to and between construction sites.
  • Ensure safe lifting operations and proper securing of loads.
  • Conduct basic daily inspections of the truck and crane.
  • Comply with site safety rules and Cypriot health & safety regulations.
  • Coordinate work with site management and ground personnel.

Required Experience and Certifications:

  • Valid truck driving license recognized in Cyprus.
  • Valid crane operator certification (truck-mounted crane).
  • Proven experience in truck driving and crane operation.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures for lifting and transport.
  • Basic Greek communication skills; English is an advantage.
